Do you perform reading themed magic shows for schools and libraries? This is a great way to introduce the subject matter for the show!

You walk out with a long black silk streamer in your hand. You begin waving it as you patter. . .

"Good morning boys and girls. I'm here to speak about one word today. It's a MAGICAL word because you can let your imaginations run wild! When you're doing this, you can imagine you're on the beach in the sand or you can imagine you're in a far-away land! You can imagine you're in a special place. You can even imagine you're traveling through space! And that word is . . . READING!" As you say those last words, the streamer magically changes to all red with big bold yellow letters that spell READING!

Extremely easy to do. The streamer measures 44" long by 5-1/2" wide and is made of pure silk.
